Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging CtrlAlt Consultancy (ABN: 36 699 807 657) or accessing ctrlalt.com.au, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services & Guarantees

CtrlAlt provides custom software engineering, AI workflow integration, web development, and workflow automation. All custom scopes are agreed upon in writing prior to deployment.

Our 30-Day Deployment Guarantee ensures approved fixed-scope pipelines and websites are deployed within 30 days of receiving all necessary third-party API credentials and client assets.

3. Contracts & Cancellations

Ongoing maintenance and software retainer plans operate on a month-to-month basis with zero lock-in contracts unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a bespoke Enterprise SLA. Either party may cancel ongoing retainer services with 14 days written notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under Australian Consumer Law, CtrlAlt Consultancy shall not be liable for third-party API outages (e.g. OpenAI, Twilio, Google, Xero, Meta) or indirect commercial losses resulting from operational changes.
